Franco Posa, a physician and criminologist from Varese and an expert in forensic neuroscience, who has been conducting research and providing consulting services for years to public prosecutors’ offices and private institutions on crime scene reconstruction—including in cold case investigations—presents his second book, published by EBS Print and available in bookstores and online.
The study will examine in depth the causes, motivations, and mechanisms that drive and trigger the behaviors of all the parties involved.
Bullies, victims, and followers will be analyzed through an examination of their personalities, social status, and backgrounds—key characteristics that give rise to expressions of social and relational distress, which will be analyzed and contextualized using new methods of communication within the current spatio-temporal context.
The spread of new technologies has led to the shift from traditional bullying to cyberbullying, which has become a massive problem among young people and children.
The central theme of the discussion will be the lack of empathy among the parties involved, which will be explained not only in scientific terms but also from a forensic psychological perspective.
The essay will also be featured on the TV program TG TALK on Teleticino on Wednesday, November 6, 2019.
